About

Advice, before the product.

The Loan CA is an independent debt-advisory practice. We help individuals and businesses borrow well — by understanding the requirement before anyone approaches a lender.

Why we exist

Borrowing is usually explained backwards.

Most people meet a loan as a product: a rate, a tenure and an application form. But the decision in front of them is never really a product question. It is a question about what they need, whether they can service it, and what it will cost them over years.

We exist to answer that question first. The advice comes before the shelf, and the preparation comes before the lender.

How we work

Three commitments, one discipline.

The same sequence whether the requirement is a home loan, a business expansion or a working-capital cycle.

Diagnose before we recommend

Every conversation starts with the requirement, the income or cash flow behind it, and the decision it has to enable. A product is never the starting point.

Translate the language

Lenders speak in ratios, covenants and conditions. We turn that into something you can actually decide on, before you sign anything.

Prepare, then approach

A clean case, ready to be assessed, is worth more than a fast introduction. We do the work before the lender conversation begins.

Clarity

What we are not.

Our regulatory position matters more than any marketing line, so we state it plainly.

We are not a lender

We do not lend money and we do not make credit decisions.

We are not regulated by the RBI

We are not licensed, registered or regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, and we are not approved or endorsed by it.

We are not approved by ICAI

We are not approved, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

We are not a marketplace

We are not paid to place you with whoever bids fastest.

A personal note

I started The Loan CA because consequential borrowing deserves counsel, not counters. A person making a once-in-a-decade decision should have someone in the room who speaks both languages: the borrower’s life and the lender’s book.
